🛍 Orders Within Pakistan (Delivery Time: 2–7 Business Days)
We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs. 3,000 anywhere in Pakistan. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 will apply.
- All deliveries are handled by Call Courier (PostEx) and typically arrive within 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery times may vary due to external courier delays beyond our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Skinpectations by Inam, you can return it for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Refund processing time:
Once your request is approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 working days.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be sealed, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- We reserve the right to decline returns for items that are used, opened, or damaged.
📦 How to Initiate a Return

- Your full name
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return
Our team will respond within business days with return instructions.
Important: Returns without prior email authorization will not be accepted.
❗ Order Issues
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us at skinpectations@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
📭 Lost Orders
If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please:
- Contact the shipping company directly with your tracking number.

🚫 Sale Items
Please note that sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
